These terms apply when you buy from annavet.shop, operated by MACK T NASH, 114 Bennett Rd, Horsham VIC 3400, Australia. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a product is unavailable, priced in error, or we cannot deliver to your address, we may decline the order and refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. Delivery charges are added at checkout before payment.

Product information

Our products are frozen seafood. Weights are stated on each product page and can vary slightly because seafood is a natural product. Photographs are representative; size, colour and trimming can differ between batches. Always follow the storage and preparation instructions on the pack.

Food safety

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder, thaw in a refrigerator, and do not refreeze once thawed. If you have a food allergy, check the product page and the pack label before cooking; our products are packed in a facility that also handles crustaceans, molluscs and fish.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
