Shipping, delivery and returns
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery is estimated at 7 to 14 business days with tracking. Report thawed or damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund them. The shipping and refund policies explain the rest.
